Carrie's Favorite Things

In recent years I've discovered those things in life that just make me undeniably pleased.  It's not necessarily a sense of happiness or excitement, but rather things that I step back and think, "You know that's a really great product and if I had to make out a list like Oprah does of my favorite things, this would be on there."  

My current list would include the following in no particular order: Gooseberry Patch cookbooks, tinted lip gloss from Bath and Body Works, the Itzbeen baby timer, Oregon Chai Tea, anything from the etsy website, the Cooshee baby changer, the Snoogle pillow (great during pregnancy and after), Easy Spirit sandals (see "old woman" previous post), Coach purses, this fairly inexpensive knife we got from Jc Penneys years ago that still out-cuts more expensive knives, the Maclaren Easy Traveler stroller, and most recently our new Canon camera.    

I'm absolutely, under no circumstances believe I'm a fantastic photographer.  I seem to have forgotten everything I learned in my college photography class about f-stops, flashes, and the like.  But I must say I'm pretty pleased with this camera and it might actually motivate me to re-learn everything I've clearly forgotten.  That and it does take some pretty nice pictures.  So here's a sampling of our 2 spunky monkeys taken yesterday at the park since that is part of the purpose of this blog.  We gotta showcase those two!
