A look back Part I

I'm into these blog entries in parts lately so here's another one. In honor of it almost being our big 10 year Anniversary I decided to take a look back. I discovered a few things. First, there aren't any pictures of us on my computer before 2003. We got a digital camera late 2002 and apparently didn't take any pics of us together until May 2003. Why? Don't know.

So secondly, (is that really a word) it made me realize we need to take more pictures of just the two of us or at the very least a family pic. So enjoy this look back from May 2003-December 2005 of me and my man with a few shots of us with our first little monkey. Oh... if you have any good ones of us lying around or probably on your computer and you want to send them my way I promise to post them no matter how embarrassing they are. Then stay tuned tomorrow for some more. If I feel like it I might go on a search for some of the really classic ones circa 1999-2003 and figure out how to scan them and put them up on the big day (Friday) before we head out for the weekend. This was the first picture I could find of the 2 of us on the computer. This was May 2003 and we were on our way to see some play at the Civic Center in Oklahoma City with my family.

May 2003- Out to eat in our old stomping grounds of Norman, OK

July 2003- We were in Colorado with Daniel's family and we were getting ready to ride some horses. Yeehaw!! I also love that we thought it was a good idea to wear white shirts for this event. I remember mine was almost impossible to get clean afterwards.

July 2003- Still in Colorado getting ready to go out to dinner. I think this was on my 25th birthday.

July 2003- Here we are on vacation in Greece (yea Greece- that's right)

October 2003-Halloween I was a hippy and Daniel was some kind of lumberjack or something. I remember he had a plastic axe he carried around that night.

May 2004- Here we are at Kate's baby shower in Norman

August 10, 2004- The happy little family

New Year's Eve 2004- We were at a wedding in Tulsa that night and even though I was so excited to dress-up we were exhausted and I believe somewhere on my dress was some baby spit-up.

May 2005- Posing in the streets of Chicago. We traveled here to watch my brother graduate from college.

On our 6th Anniversary- September 4, 2005 We were in Tulsa visiting Daniel's family and were both so sick but really wanted to go out to dinner. We sniffled and coughed through our meal and headed to Walmart after to get some medicine and went to bed. :-(
